General terms of business


For haulage services general Austrian carrier conditions (AÖSp) will be met, in each case in the latest version, announced in the Official Journal of the Viennese newspaper. For transport achievements in the international and national road haulage the CMR is applicable, whereby supplementing the AÖSp is considered as agreed upon.
According to article 31/1 CMR places of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Amsterdam and Munich.

In this context, we refer to the information provided on the web page of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the General Austrian Carrier Conditions (AÖSp) – English version General Austrian Forwarders’ Terms and Conditions – as amended on 15th  March, 2006.
